Commissioner-J. Fairbanks-discussed the intricacies of housing inmates in a
private facility in Lake County, the Judicial slate suggests that the
Commissioners budget for medical needs for such inmates because the state will
not pay for such needs in a private facility

Dept-Marilyn Zdebski- fire department report given; July 12th @
12-3pm there will be a Fire Dept Open House @ Irons Station #2 for the public

Historical
Society-Joyce Durdel-will get the Board minutes from their last meetings; June
23rd @ 7pm there will be a
public speaker giving history of the SEE Fire Dept

Road
Committee-Sharon Young-motion to table discussion on road signs until FY2016 budget
for 8 road signs on main roads saying “Welcome to Elk Township”; L. Fitz
seconded; passed 5-0; S. Young-motion to purchase two handicap signs for town
